Do you provide the alcohol?
No — to keep your event fully customizable and cost-efficient, clients are responsible for supplying the alcohol. We’ll provide a detailed shopping list tailored to your menu so you only purchase what you need (and nothing you don’t!).

Do I need to purchase insurance or do you take care of that?
Thyme & Tonic carries full general and liquor liability insurance for peace of mind at every event. We’re happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.

Can you customize the drink menu to match our theme?
Yes! We love creating bespoke menus that reflect your event's theme, colors, or even personal stories. We’ll collaborate with you to make it both beautiful and meaningful.

What areas do you serve & are you willing to travel?
We are based in Nashville, TN and serve the surrounding region. We’re open to travel for select events — let’s chat about the details!

What is your booking and payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due one week before your event. A signed client service agreement is also required upon booking.

Do you offer tastings or consultations?
Yes! We offer cocktail tastings upon request (fees may apply). Consultations are included in all of our packages, this is a great way to ensure the flavors are just right before your big day.

Can you accomodate dietary restrictions?
Of course. We are happy to create menus that are gluten-free, vegan, low-sugar, or free of specific allergens. Just let us know your needs during our planning session.
